Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue. Any items that you wish to buy just add them to your shopping cart by click the "add to cart" button
Be sure to choose your fabric colour from the drop down list. This shows the available fabric colours for the product.
Fabric charts can be found at the top of each product page that requires them.
Be sure to select any product enhancements available that you require using the tick boxes provided.
You will be taken to a page where you choose how many you require and asked to confirm your selection.
After a few seconds you will bounced back to the product page you were on. You can continue shopping or add more of the same product but in a different colour

Checkout
After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy your order.
The required fields are highlighted
Don't forget to print your VAT receipt

Making changes
You can amend your selection at any time by clicking the "View Cart" in the nav-bar on the left.
Here you can adjust the contents of your cart

Problems
This Site is updated often, if you fine a page is not working, please go to the product page and press refresh (Ctrl F5), as you may be reading a previous locally cached page.

Navigation
You can go to the Main page at any time by clicking "Sections" in the nav bar
Return to previous pages by using the back button on your browser or clicking the "up a level" button in the nav bar
Navigation links are placed top and bottom of the page. Click on the name of the previous page to go back.
Product section links are provided on the top of the page and down the left hand side and also on the footer of each page

A quick search is provided in the header of each page
Click on "search" button in the nav bar for searching by word or price range

Delivery
We will normally send your order to you in 2-14 working days by Courier service which will deliver between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can incur a charge. For delivery at a specific time, there is a charge of £35 (please call).
Please ensure you check goods on delivery before signing. If you are unable to check your goods please sign for them and add statement "unchecked for damage". If damage is apparent please sign "goods damaged" or refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, (usually no buy button) we will back order for you - please call. You will always be phoned or emailed with the option to amend or cancel your order if you would rather not wait
